Refund policy

All sales are final. Every order has protection insurance from damage. No refunds. 

Unclaimed Orders:

• Orders not picked up within 14 days will be subject to a $25/week storage fee for vintage surfboards
• After 30 days, unclaimed orders will be canceled and refunded minus a 20% restocking fee
• Custom or special-order items (like vinyl-wrapped boards) are non-refundable after 30 days
